GÍRGOLA DE PANICAL, SETA DE CARDO a Espanya (Pleorotus eryngii) A Catalunya és molt rar. A les comarques de Girona no es dóna. Força abundant i apreciat a Espanya. Allà el consideren un excel·lent comestible. He inclòs aquest bolet en aquest apartat per la fama que té a Espanya, però no el considero un bolet català ni gironí (és l'únic bolet no gironí inclòs en aquest blog). Si algú surt a Aragó o Castella, no tindria perdó si no el busca. Fructifica a la primavera i tardor. Excel·lent comestible.
